Local Robotics Team Visits 3rd Grade

Who wants to see a robot? Our 3rd graders do!

“The Fire Wires”, a robotics team comprised of area high schoolers and former Northpoint graduates recently stopped by to show our 3rd graders opportunities that THEY can have in STEM.

The Fire Wires brought a robot to demonstrate what it can do, they also showed the class videos of recent competitions and answered questions that the 3rd graders had.

The students were REALLY into it, take a look!
