School Hours, Drop-Off & Pickup

 

School day hours:  7:55 a.m. – 2:20 p.m.

 

General Transportation Information:

Please allow 10 minutes before and after your scheduled bus pick up time to allow for bus routes to become complete. Any questions about bus times need to be directed to P-H-M Department of Transportation at (574) 258-9565.

We also remind parents to remember these important safety measures: stop for students in the crosswalk and please refrain from cell phone use when dropping off and picking up.

Drop-Off Procedures:

  • Staff will be strategically placed around the building for student safety and supervision.

  • Families will be assigned a car tag numbers

  • Enter Northpoint parking lot in first entrance and follow car line around to Curb by Door E

  • Pull up to the front of the line

  • Parents are to remain in their vehicles

  • Students enter the door closest to their classroom

    • Kdg, 1st, and 2nd grades drop-off at Door B

    • 3rd, 4th and 5th drop-off at Door A

 

Pickup Procedures:

  • Dismissal will be staggered (Kids Club, Car Riders, Bus)

  • Car riders will be dismissed once their carpool number is called

  • Parents are to remain in their vehicles during this time

  • Buses will be dismissed by grade level after the bus bell.

  • Students will exit the door nearest their classrooms (see above), either Door A or B
